At Hotel Pearl, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and a memorable experience. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or modify your reservation, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent.
Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made 7 or more prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made between 6 and 2 before the scheduled check-in date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 1 of the scheduled check-in date, or in the case of a no-show, will not be eligible for a refund. Modification Policy:
Guests may modify their reservation dates without incurring any additional fees if the request is made 1 days or more before the original check-in date. Modifications made between 7 days and 3 days before the original check-in date may be subject to a modification fee of Rs.1000. Special Circumstances:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or other emergencies, Hotel reserves the right to make exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hotelpearlregency.ranchi@gmail.com.
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the written request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the reservation process.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations may be designated as non-refundable, and in such cases, no refunds or modifications will be allowed.
Group Reservations:
Special refund and cancellation policies may apply to group reservations. Please refer to the group booking agreement for details.
